Personalized Items

For custom printed items, we offer a range of styles and sizes beyond what is listed on our website. Our inventory is constantly updated, and we have access to a wider range of options from our suppliers. If you don't see the style or size you're looking for, please reach out to us at hello@noiretnoir.ca, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that custom orders may require additional processing time of up to a week. If you have any questions or special requests, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're happy to help.

Are the prints permanent?

Absolutely. Our prints are designed to last—they won’t crack or fade, maintaining their vibrant look

Are there special washing instructions?

You can wash your shirt with cold or hot water and dry it as you would any other garment. For added longevity, we recommend turning the shirt inside out before washing and drying.

Can I pick up my order?

We do not offer pickups. All orders are shipped directly to your address. While our production takes place in downtown Toronto, we operate as an online-only business and do not have a physical storefront or pickup facility. Free shipping is automatically applied on qualifying orders.

We are an online-only company and do not have the capacity to serve our customers over the phone at this time. However, we do offer live chat support during business hours and our customer service team is highly responsive to email inquiries, typically responding within the same day. Can I return or exchange custom printed items?


Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom printed orders unless there is a manufacturing error or the wrong item was sent. All designs are approved before printing to ensure satisfaction.

How do I check if an item is in stock?

If an item is available to order online, this means the item is in stock. However, from time to time, there may be some discrepancies. We will inform you as soon as possible, via email, if a product is out of stock.

How do I know if my order was successful?

You will receive an automated email to confirm your order has been received and is being processed.

Part of my order is missing or incorrect?

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us via email with your order number and the name of the missing item. We will do our best to resolve this issue as quickly as we can. From time to time mistakes do happen, and we will do our best to rectify any errors we have made.

Payments and Taxes

Below are some common questions about payments and taxes.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, we use industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server. This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer. Security checks are also made on all transactions, to ensure the authenticity of each card payment.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Apple Pay. No alternate payment methods are available.
Please only click the “Submit Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations.

When will my card be charged for my order?

The full cost of the order will be charged as soon as it is placed.

Can I pay part of my custom order now and the rest later?

All custom and made-to-order items must be paid in full before production. Due to the personalized nature of our work and the upfront costs we incur, we are unable to offer split payments or delayed terms at the moment.

Do you charge sales tax?

The calculation of sales tax is based on applicable provincial and federal rates within Canada.

What currency do you use?

All our products are listed in Canadian Dollars.
